About Us
Ankur Attrey is a seasoned Private banker with over 19 years of banking experience and having worked in Singapore for 12 years. He has been a Licensed Advisor in Singapore by the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS). Ankur is a Certified Private Banker for more than a decade and is also certified by Client Advisor Competency Standards (CACS) issued by The Institute of Banking and Finance Singapore (IBF). The CACS Assessment is applicable to private banking professionals (or “Covered Persons”) who are in a client-facing role and provide financial advisory services to high-net-worth individuals. His role has allowed him to handle international clients based out in the Middle East, Europe and Asia Pacific Markets. Ankur is a structured equity/FX product specialist with in-depth experience in client advisory across different markets. Ankur has also enjoyed a client satisfaction and success rate of over 90% thereby ensuring client making fortunes even during the extraordinary market times (e.g., the COVID pandemic) during his tenure of experience that spans over more than a decade. Ankur has also managed large client portfolios with client’s equity of more than a 100 million USD.
Mr Ankur was previously the Director of BNP Paribas Singapore in 2015 till 2021 before joining Lamer Capital in January 2022.
He has managed and acquired in excess of USD 500 Million AUMs and possesses an excellent understanding of risk and sophisticated investments like alternate asset classes e.g., Private Equity, Real Estate, and Hedge Funds, Fixed Income, ETFs, Structure Notes, Equities, General Banking, and Credit.
Ankur has managed and led teams of Relationship Officers/Priority bankers with the leading multinational banks in Singapore, Dubai, and India including BNP Paribas Singapore, ANZ Bank Singapore, Emirates NBD and Citibank Dubai.
Ankur is an Indian National residing in Dubai. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Delhi University and holds multiple Certifications in Wealth from the Institute of Banking and Finance, Singapore. IBF Advance Level 3, Client Advisor Competency Standards, Wealth Management Programmed Affluent.
